yea i have used it
i got one for 50% off
first few days speeds were good but then i faced slow speeds and when i contacted support i was told that its issue at then end of filehost dont know what real issue was
so thats my experience

Yeah the server is quite slow despite cpu load ~ 1-2. Atm it takes 1 minutes to fully access whm, Ftp upload ~ 200KB/s which is very slow, I usually get 1MB/s from another US server
