What is Domain Sales?

Hi mates.
I would like to know what exactly is Domain Sales?
I have seen it on FSO, Wu etc.

Does it mean that I get paid for getting sales through my website?
What if the files are not belonging to me? Still do I get domain sales?
For example-
A person posts some fso links on my site.
And some users click on it and buy premium through his link. Obviously he gets paid, but also do I get domain sales count for that file assuming I have added my Website in Domain List in FSO?

Btw in fileserve it says user has to follow clickable link. But how can user follow clickable link when links are in CODE tag?
Any solution for this?>
