Im looking for someone to make a software which checks rss feed and everytime something new in the rss appears, it asks me if to publish a post in a specific forum with the new rss detials.
I can pay for it.
Please post here if you can do it and put msn, email , skype or any other communication program. (I'll give more details about it . . .)

btw, i forgot to say that i need it to check the feed every 3~5 secs.

There is already an RSS Poster built in vBulletin. You can configure it do autoposting every second.

i can make php script which will run with cron every minute, every 3-5 seconds i don't think is indicated

I don't have vBulletin installed on my localhost or any forum online, but last time I used vB 3.8.5, it had an RSS Feeds Poster.

Even MyBB has one: http://mods.mybb.com/view/rss-feed-poster

The rss in vb is in AdminCP -> RSS Feeds before Scheduled Tasks
