TheLorenalex: you shouldn't convert videos to rmvb. Instead, you should use mp4 or mkv (maybe flv) format with h264. You can encode to that format on linux vpses, which will be cheaper for you. Scopehosts allows encoding, but you have to write to them after purchasing vps. Knowinservers do not allows it, they suspended my vps (even though i wrote to them and they limited my cpu usage and said ok to encoding)
