Is it possible to adding something automaticly in "title" ?

I am not expert in Wordpress. I just started one site on Wordpress and i need to know something.

In DLE, if i want to put something in front of title then i need to edit fullstory or shortstory.tpl and put my desire wording in front of {title}

{title} | Mediafire Megaupload

For instance:

Title Before: Baby Lou - Fresh Water In A Dirty Glass (2011)

Title After: Baby Lou - Fresh Water In A Dirty Glass (2011) | Mediafire Wupload Links

By doing this, all my posts contains my describe wording.

Now tell me that where can i found and edit this thing in Wordpress?

its in the permalinks man, go on dashboear and go to settings! add what ever u want, ull see it will add them automaticly
