I believe you submitted and closed a ticket so you have fixed your problem

Yeah, the ticket was created because I have not got any detail email, and i closed it because i got details from mail sent option in WHMCS.

i bought from hilohost.com a host for 1 month (starter plan)....and now i want renew the hosting subscription for other 3 months...i no found any button or link for that at the Client Area....so how i can do that???
