What i would try to do is view it under a proxy... I prefer kproxy.com becausefor some reason their servers upfate very quickly. If your site shows up correct, its either your computer (try clearing the cache) or its you internet service provider.
Thats about all i know as far as dealng with this goes.

Depends who you with?
Some take longer than others, should be no more than upto 48HRS for it to finally move/sort it self out.

Plutost.com OffshorePort.net Desi-Mobilez.com PhotoshopDesigner.co.uk TutsBy.me BabesWallpapers.netWait for atleast 48 Hours.
The maximum time alloted for DNS Propagation throughtout the Internet is 48 Hours.
But, you can use a proxy and then goto your site.
Or you can even do this :
1) "Windows Key" + "R"
2) Type "cmd"
3) Type "ipconfig /flushdns" (dont forget the 2 spaces in between)
4) Navigate your browser over your domain and it should then work ok!Plutost.com Asia & Europe Hosting Provider / Offshore Shared/VPS Hosting / Even Better than Gold

xinz.orgWhois and all update their server very slowly so they will show your previous ip for some days there.. Ask your new hosting company about viewing site without domain name.. They will give you the steps to view your site at their server before the dns is updated by every isp in the world.. Or you can just google, viewing site before the domain name is activated..
