This states nothing about your domain name and is specifically detailing certain content that you have/had on your site. Remove this content and you fulfill the terms of the DMCA complaint .

I see no reason for you to move host based on the contents of that mail and what you have said. I have had similar emails in the past and I simply remove the content, end of story .

I've recently signed up with host4offshore.com.
Had a few very slight issues, but the support is top notch.

In fairness, I am in the process of transferring traffic over so don't have many hits to the site, but they seem fine. They have a thread on here if you have any questions. I signed up for an advanced ac at $8. Can't beat the pricing anyway.

actually in this world thr no such like hosters vich ignore the DMCA if they do then thy will be definitely notify you without delaying ov time if they'll b receive any copy right complain....just because they always want to increase sales, minorities hosters focus on after sale services but now heres too many for double cross you..
thats my personnel experience, my site got baned twice and you cant consider how much i lost my data
well finally i would like to just give you advice..... now you have to take step and shift your host account to any reliable hoster dont care abt ignorance of DMCA bla bla..just make sure when ever you post any illegal material on your site just try to change lil bit alphabetic descending in your title
any ways after beating ass around freaking forums & search engines we can just make alternative because any webmaster wants pure organic traffic

sometimes DMCA is too much of drag that even third party copyright monitoring is using it on a wrong way. You got DMCA complain, they also take down your links on Google.Its like your also being ripped off of your rights to do counter claim. What a drag, sometimes, if i get pissed off.I just provide the hotlink of the file so evryone can download it right away,lolzzzzzz
