Seprate link exchange section

I think it will be good if there is a Link exchange section rather than posting it in traffic market section. Its all messed up in that section.

I totally agree. i said this before, but we need to check IF we remove LE from there how much action will stay there

seperate section for LE is good because if clumses up the free with the paid things making people to get confused ...

there will always be people selling adspots and traffic, I dont see the point in "hiding" the real amount of activity in the traffic market (paid).
