site suspended, cpu usage too much!

Hi, today my site got suspended because of "Out of memory" issue. 100% disk I/O usage...

I'm using the latest ipb version and have ;apache, mysql, mail server installed. I have ubuntu installed and i dont want reinstall it,.

and tipps to solve this?

move site to a better hosting plan

their are tons of factors which can lead to this .

Might be dependent on mods installed, shoutbox etc

Is this shared hosting or vps?

Go with knownsrv for vps hosting, I think he will help you even if you aren't knowledgeable in linux.
