You could always use GlowHost Spam-O-Matic mod to stop them.

Do you visit the forum and look at other threads and download other members downloads while using a autoposter?

Autoposters have caused me a lot of problems with high load so by banning them I have helped to reduce this and improve the overall experience of the registered members.

As it is I have gotten something in place from NewEraCracker which has been tweaked.
