The owner claims that it has a inbuilt support ticket system. I am quite confused about this. Can a forum have inbuilt support ticket system ?

The script is GeN3 so it's not the regular IPB, vBulletin, phpbb, MyBB etc. There's no reason why a script can't have a support ticket system build in although it's not common.

Under the list of features it says "Built in ticket support system." so you can check out the demo to see how the ticket system works.

Judging by the lack of features, basic theme (coders aren't the best designers) and the old school captchas I'm inclined to believe its custom.
