Windows VPS - Specs inside

well, i'm currently using burst.net Win VPS with 1 GB RAM, but it always gives me out of memory error when i run Themaposter. So, i need to buy one Windows VPS for 24x7 usage. Two persons will be using it via Remote Desktop Specs should be:

CPU : 2.0 GHz or more (dedicated)
RAM : 512 to 2 GB (dedicated)
Port : 100 mbps (guaranteed) or 1 GBps shared
Bandwidth : Unlimited (so that i can use for Upload and Download)
my budget can be upto $35 (including Windows Licence)

1st one comes with win2003, win2008 will be better.Specs looks good.
2nd one, you need to pay extra for windows license. get 1gb ram

Go for 2nd one.
Use pirated windows as everyone does use it, and buy a RAM addon for 256 or 512 MB.
Looks awesome config.

Edit:
Wait I didnt read it carefully.
I would choose to go with 1st plan ofc.
They have HDD with 15K & +40 GB more storage with same speed compared to 2nd plan.
It may be they are little bit low on processor but it will be okay I guess.

Both are awesome, just go with trusted one.
