Looking for Capcha hook

i am looking for a hook like capcha before creating a thread in the forum like the above snap. Either recapcha or keycapcha.

I don't think there's one but you can use the Login Captcha

it will also serve the same purpose i think

You asked about this before AJ and I can understand you but I havent seen any hook/mod or app that does exactly what you want. The only thing that comes close is this one:

It atleast forces members to active click the agreement option etc.
