please help i make i new forum use vbulletin with human verification use Recaptcha

but when i do forgot password and entered the code still got
The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed.

i think i put code is true but read error ...how can i fix this.

but 1 my site hosted same server Recaptcha code is running fine only at vbulletin got error

Disable all your plugins, and then try Because may be any plugin is conflicted and causing this error
