Well, the gradient can be a bit lighter. I mean the difference between the 2 gradient colors are too big.

- The font color doesn't look that pro eg. red, blue, black.
Try to use two font colors maximum.

- I will provide you the white version of the Notionaire logo, grey + blue doesn't fit well.

- Change the border of the buttons to simple black/grey.

Works perfectly for your site mate. May be it the version of .NET Framework you have on your system.
