What do you think of this PC configuration for my gaming needs?

It is good for gaming or not? I want to buy a brand new PC for my cousin for his birthday, i am not that into games myself, i only play poker online, so i tought your guys could help me out. He want's to play GTA 4 and some racing games. What do you think of this specs?

It's better to go for an I5 or I7.

These below specs will work any of the latest games,Get the following:
Intel i5 or i7(if low budget go with i3)-not below that.
4GB DDR3
500Gb HDD,(Preferred 1TB)
Nvidia GTX 450 (affordable and awesome )
20.5 LED monitor(Just suggesting)

The video card is good but you should get core 2 duo processor and at least 1TB HDD (as you can see the new games are 15GB each).
