I know uploading is not allowed but this is for legal uploading ie uploading funny pictures and videos.
What the user will do
Upload any funny video or picture he wishes
Staff i will provide them a way to grab content from a site where i get my content first ill teach them how to do that.

Because if you are feeling bored and have nothing to do u can watch a some funny videos and upload them while you are at it
Am i paying
At the time i am not paying but if i get some top uploaders and earn some doe from this site i might pay people who upload videos and share them
