hmmm i too dont think any free ways. but if u hire an expert to tweak db and all it maybe possible i guess. But even if its so, its a hectic task and it might cost some big bucks.

its too much difficult because WP and DLE both are different type CMS and DB so i dont think so its possible but in our world every thing is possible everything happens here hahahahhahaha gud luck

There is no public converter available that would do the task
You can do hire someone to make a converter! Both of them stores the data in html format so not a big deal
