Database error ?

I have been getting loads of emails like this :

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.5:

Invalid SQL:

MySQL Error : Table 'thread' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Anyone know how to fix this, I have tried and can't seem to find out what the problem is.
