Mine is main stream porn like wicked, dp, vivid and stuffs. never gay. I never host any file, the site is like any download site you find saturating the net.

Looks like this is all about a few infringed movies thread. And that anti-piracy guy instead of contact me to take them down, he asked Namecheap to act on it. I have already taken those infringed threads down. What should I do next?

It's a small blog and I was surprised to receive a mail from Namecheap. There are many more much bigger sites with higher visibility than mine and they come for me instead...

Okay I'll say this once:

Nothing bad will happen to YOU.

Worst case scenario: Your domain will be seized and you will never be able to use it again.

What you should do:

a.) Transfer to a new registar
ii.) Use fake info for the registered domain
iii.) ONLY use an offshore registar!

b.) Dump the domain if you're actually "scared/worried". Keeping a domain and shitting bricks every time you check your email is absolutely NOT WORTH IT. Been there, done that.
Chances are; You'll be harassed so long as the content(s) remain on that site, so sadly theres not much you can do. And please don't.. for fuck sake.. switch to those retarded, sketchy, "NO-DMCA" 'hosts'.

Everything you do must be done offshore. Your fake info should also include offshore contact information for maximum effectiveness.

I hate to say it but offshore registrar will help with nothing, every domain and ip in the world foreign or not is controlled by a us company.

I would suggest moving to Moniker.com they are pretty good and won't reveal your info like they did above, I would actually sue them for revealing private whois info even if you did violate dmca they have no right to remove the whois protection unless it's in there TOS which I doubt it is.

Well if they want to really get you they can contact your Gov't and see if they can cooperate and bring the case over to your country or bring you back to USA, If I remember correctly I think this is how it works if the govt decides to cooperate
