error in cookies and http header options

i am getting error in vbulletin options--->cookies and http header options

1||1319796620||ip||do=options&dogroup=http||http://www.warezcats.com/admincp/options.php?null=0||Mozilla/5.0  (Windows NT 5.1; rv:7.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0Access Denied, you  have been logged.

plz help how to fix it...?

Try to disable mod_security

In .htaccess file, add:

<IfModule mod_security.c> 
   SecFilterEngine Off 
   SecFilterScanPOST Off 
</IfModule>

You have vbFirewall or any other mod related to that?
Try to disable that and see if it works
