High CPU load ??

strange, he said that my site load reached 30 and my site got disabled again I have like around 2300 visitors a day.

Tell your host to run top -c when the host is at high cpu usage and it will tell him the exact script running using that high cpu.

He said it lead to " index.php '

Do you have any memcacheing software running in your setup? Check your initdata.php and see what are the settings.

Also Index starts 100's of sub programs/scripts that could eat up the system. Is he sure that only the index.php was running?
