The PR range may be PR1-6 (sorry if you don't find any PR5-6, but most probably you will). And this will be domain PR, not PR of the page on which backlink will be added. But, you may be lucky to get an actual page PR backlink, who knows! But I cannot guarantee any shit regarding that.
Number of backlinks will be around 200-250.

And yeah, you must have at least 100 posts to take part, simple.
