    Post Be aware from Scammer Like this people

    Recently, i ordered a custom dedicated server from bharat's "Saffron Solutions", i have also an invoice for proof. this Dedicated server is down from 4/5days, i already asked him many times for support, but he didn't give any response. i also asked for direct support from Datacenter, but he doesn't give me direct support with Datacenter. as this server is useless, he didn't give me support or any refund to me.

    He has no TOS that he couldn't refund my money.

    if he can't give support/service, why did he do business?

    Now, i need refund.



    So, be aware from Scammer like this people.

    @OP I Sincerely hope you clear up this badly winded tale, Being Bharat got this system from BoxSlots and i can see this system has not been down and infact was re-installed at your request on day two of you owning the system I really do hope you manage to figure out how to best clear this up and fast as you are very wrong within all your accusations made.

    i already said him not to give me boixslots's server. if i want to buy boxslots's server, i will buy directly. Bharat told me that he bought me Leaseweb SmartDC datacenter. Since now, he told me that the server is from Leaseweb. So, whats the matter?

    Now location has to do with uptime ? No i think not, you made a false claim and you need to clear it up, it's location has nothing to do with the issue.

    Could you provide some proof that the server is offline and has been for
    the past 6 days please, maybe show some support tickets from day 1 - 6
    asking why the server is down or maybe a pingdom graph, or maybe the
    IP address of the server so that we could possibly Ping it please.

    i made no false claim, i already shown my invoices. i just cleared up why my dedicated server is down from last 4/5 days? i asked for refund, why he's not do this.

    i tried for 4/5 days. i can't access my ssh/cpanel bcoz server is offline from 4/5 days.
