Ok basically client sent in a support ticket on the 21/22
I spoke to Bharat and he said that he responded to client
via Yahoo telling him the server is still online.
After that Bharat did not receive any communication with client (according to him)

in 21 oct, he just msg me in yahoo its online, but its really online for 1 or 2 hours, then its gone offline again. then i sent mail also sent support tickets, but not a single reply even msg i got till yesterday.

its useless talk now, there is no support I got from him,
so i bought my NEW server 2 days before, with lending money from my frnd. its a disgusting situation i have passed.

i don't need this type of stupid server now

please clarify me that if he give me my money back (REFUND) or not?

Did you know how to assign ips , when you order an ip you have to assign it also , its not an automatic process that u order and it will be done automatically , i have already provided you the ip 3 days ago , before i left for some work , so u got guts to buy an dedi but don't have knowledge for assigning new ip in cpanel ? shame ?

And please don't be releasing bulshit kind of words , they wont look good from kids mouth , you dropped server as you didn't got 45 days cpanel trial , when cpanel guys assigned you 15 days trial , so you got lost from that day and started saying to resell this server . And i also got convo for that when you said , u can only need 120 $ for server , its because you got a good deal from any where else at cheap , and ready to leave my dedi , superb . and about the 6 days reply , our last convo was done on 24th , when server was fine and your tickets is off 21 and 22 , don't you see dates ?

after talking to him,he said he mailed me on 23 (as he said), i didn't get his mail, in 24, i checked the mail & got the details but its working for only 1 or 2 hrs. after i have tried a lot to communicate Bharat, but he didn't give any response. still 24 oct server is offline till yesterday, else iv got the server in 24th.
