Nope you're wrong , When you buy a dedi , you should have the option to turn it ON/OFF or Restart from your hosting site . ( atleast with all providers i used had that option )

check again , it may very well be that your server was turned off .

Bharat didn't give me any panel info or option to boot/restart. just he gave me ip & root password.

That's a normal email msg sent by providers , the power option should be found in ''server details'' via the hosting site

I dont think its fair to say he's 'acting like a kid'. He has a business to keep online and customers who will want their money back if he's offline...so its entirely fair to want his server within a reasonable time.

While you're probably not a scammer, you definitely didn't handle this right. If you had a normal job, you would have had to call your boss and let him know that you needed a few days off. The same goes for an online business...you need to have a back up plan for emergencies.

As we talked about in skype, we'll wait for you to get home an work things out with the buyer.

what proof you got that server was down , please show me everything so that i acn reply onto that , i was away from my home , thats why not replied to your tickets , you registered on 18th ? but you got server in your hands on 21st night , i got the mail history , and in one day on 22nd you made an ticket regarding the down , but it wasn't down , its an dedicated server dude not a shared hosting that can go down for 6 days as said by you , and only in one day ie on 22 to 23 , you made a ticket here , well i don't seem anything here to refund if my service is working fine ?
