@Mars: You can do it all on your own, for free. For that, either do it manually(time consuming) or use cracked/free tools. Paid tools means spending money. And another option is, outsource it.

@cca1690: These methods are only for legit sites, because no article directory, to my knowledge, will allow articles which link to illegal sites.
