Popular Movie Forum thats been around for almost 2 years is looking for some RELIABLE, INEXPENSIVE, Offshore Hosting in the The Netherlands, Malayia, Belize.

We are a VBulletin based Movie Forum. We post links and do some embedding to offsite media hosting such as Veoh, DailyMotion, and DiVX sites. We DO NOT UPLOAD ANY CONTENT onto the site or use WARZE.

We have run into a bad patch lately with Offshore Hosts. Bad uptime and unreliable support and service. WE ARE IN NEED OF A HOST THAT REALLY HAS 99 Percent Uptime and will not time out users and thats relatively inexpensive. We usually have at least 250+ members online at any given moment of the day and can support
2000-2500+ unique ip hits daily

WHAT WE NEED:
Linux Based
10+ gb of disk space
300+ gb of bandwith per month
php 5
gd
phpmyadmin
mysql 5.1 or above (5.4 preferred)
no cap on outgoing email
DDOS protection
Tech Support

WE are hoping to find either Shared, or VPS that can support us under $20.00 a month.

Go on VPS and upgrade your monthly budget, so your site will be hosted in dedicated environment not affected from other customers.

Since you need DDoS protection, you surely get DDoS'ed. true ddos protection (attack from 20/mbps) will cost you around 400$/mo

Check for reliable providers, for us we have a limits of 150 email hour per domain so it will surely not acceptable for you.

i heard great thing for hostbeyond on this forums through, just stay away from reseller or new established compagny / (kiddie host)

If you are looking for a dedicated server, contact Ecatel (NL) or Softlayer (US). and yes softlayer does allow warez linking... loads of large warez linking sites are hosted there.

Softlayer has 99% uptime, no questions asked. Ecatel has a few downtimes, but its not a big deal.
