What do you use more in Scrapebox: Comments or Trackbacks?

Here are few cons and pros for each one, that comes up in my mind now.

Comments
Pro: stick rate a bit higher in comparison to trackbacks
Con: takes much more time to post on

Trackbacks
Pro: at least twice as fast than comments, you can get a backlinks even on pages that have closed comments (more pages with low OBL)
Con: stick rate a bit lower than in comments case

So, my question is: what do you use more with Scrapebox? Comments or Trackbacks?

Trackbacks. Comments take far to long, also less people use the trackback feature so you end up posting on less spammed blog pages.

I use mainly trackbacks for all the benefits like, low OBL and speed.

However I still use comments at a lower degree, just to mix them up.

I have pretty much ditched comments completely over the last month or two, since working out how much faster trackbacks are. I'm pretty sure they use hardly any bandwidth compared to comments also.

I know what you mean.

I just harvested few blogs in less than half an hour, blasted, checked links and from 500 successful posts, I got 5 do-follow blogs with PR from 1 to 3 and OBL bellow 30.

I've been doing comments all the way till now, but I think its time to move on. Trackbacks are so damn fast!
