Which of the features can attract you to a new filehost?

I've listed some of the possible attractive features:
1. High PPD pay
2. More countries in group A of PPD plan (usually only US, UK and Germany are put in group A)
3. Rebill plan
4. PPS-fixed plan
5. High PPS% pay
6. Automatic payment (no fee required for receiving money?)
7. High upload speed via ftp
8. Good remote upload feature supporting different filehosts
9. Good free user experience (good download speed for free users, less broken downloads)
10. Supports large single file
11. Less waiting time between downloads for free users
12. Supports various download tools
13. Larger storage space for free users (500G or above, enough?)
14. Good mixed plan
15. Pay on time
16. Advanced statistic system (the more detailed the better)
17. Provides friendly affiliate support (which I think Willy from Wupload is the best so far

i. Has a good file manager so that management is easy and trouble free.
ii. Custom site design, doesn't use a free script.
iii. Doesn't force free users to buy premium accounts.
iv. Is an actual company, not just a kid running a server from his mom's basement.

High PPD which counts all completed downloads from same IP address.
Good sales & rebills plans also rebills will not be missed if affiliate is on PPD plan while sale is made.
Easy remote upload from other file hosts with flexible file deletion policy of free users like 90 days after last download with enough free user space like 500 GB.
Automatic payouts once minimum payout amount is reached (of cource minimum should be low as $10).

As competition gets more fierce earning plans can only be more attractive. But there are some other fundamental features that attract people to use a filehost to earn money and bring good sales. Personally I would choose 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 15 and 16 as the main factors for my choice. What about you? Usually people will join if higher sales are offered. Means higher PPD/PPS, probably better mixed program and then again some basic stuff such as: bigger storage for free users, faster upload and download and that's about it.

I'm working with filesonic and fileserve now and the only thing that would make me change filehost is if they offered rebills earnings - in total i sold over 1000 premiums, but the more i sell, the less i'm earning daily, since those hosts don't count premium downloads.
