Before reading anything please note that this is not my website. It's my friends who doesn't have KWWH account and he asked me to help with him KWWH sale as he will take care of same sale thread on other forums.

About:
Warezholicari.com was launched back in July 2010 (domain was registered back in 2009). All downloads you see on website are clean and informative. That is because they haven't hired any other uploaders, but almost every week someone would send email and ask to get promoted to Editor so he could post. Every single post has it's custom description, screenshot and download buttons. Reminds of OneDDL.com where every post has unique template, if you know what I mean.

DDL Rating:
It was rated *4 on Katz before it got shut down. Even tho Warezholicari never had huge amount of posts it had top notch quality posts, that's why Katz staff awarded it with 4* (was about to become a 5*).

It's rated 1* on PhazeDDL but it's marked as inactive. You can email Phaze (someone said they will come back and start whitelisting soon) and ask to put it back in "active" sites.

It's 5* on Twilight (next DDL after Phaze), 5* on AtomicWarez, 3* on Zunox and 3* on NexusDDL. In other words, it has highest ratings on all important DDL websites.

Reason for sale?
Owner does not have time to maintain it-post anymore, that's why it lost traffic but it has potential, that's for sure. (Some porn posts get up to 2,3K views)

I don't want to drag this. Few people emailed for purchase but it didn't happened, in other words it's not another shitty warez website out there. It's an old warez website, has highest ratings on DDLs, a lot of people asked to join Upload team so activity can be created right away and best of all it kept it's reputation from start till end: Quality over quantity.

Time was invested, content wasn't created by ton of spammers, multiposters or auto bots. It can reach 10K with ease, but daily posting is required. Sale for under 500$ won't happen unfortunately.

Hmm it had when it was active. Mostly on Hotfile (while it was active) and then Fileserve. Also website sales too. But I don't have those accounts now. Considering owner used 5-8 mirrors it was surprising to see any earnings at all. Drop mirrors - more cash.

Again, whole point was never to earn but to provide and to provide only best. No ads and shit.

No, you are simply yet another "KWWH Only" type forum member. When I owned DDL back in 2010, no one wanted to bid for even $100 and it got sold on another webmaster forum for $200. Just because you go by low standards it doesn't mean everyone else will.

I can vouch for this guy, he did put a lot of effort into the site..
The quality of posts and the template itself should reflect that.

For people that do not understand: If it did have a revenue of 100+ USD p/month you wouldn't have been able to pick this one up for just 500 USD.
It only takes one guy to convert the visitors into hard cash,.. not that hard. I am sure you can turn this baby into a cash-cow which earns you 300 USD p/month (with ease). Or 700 USD p/month with a little more work (CPAlead)..
