Moving SQL to new server

I just got a new server for my site and really have no clue how to setup the SQL for Vbulletin, i already backed up the sQL via PHPmy admin and all the files now what do i do?

Create your DB users/pass and db name, log you in phpmyadmin with these information and use ''Import'' you can also restore your database via SSH:

You can also ask your host to do this for you.

Im willing to pay someone to set up the db for me, the site is on 2 servers,1 is the new one that is not working and the other is the old one that is working

does you new hosting has cpanel ?
if yes >
mysql databse wizard > create db
then go to php myadmin and import..
and upload the files on yor vBulletin by using file manager in cPanel
then edit the /includes/config.php with the new db details...

I have made the DB the same as the old one so i wouldnt have to edit anything i think?

well if you are in a shared hosting plan..the db names gets autoprefixed with the username of cpanel
..so if the username is same in both..no need to edit..
