    and go on. I got 2 antivirus (avg and nod32) both gives no warning.

    Did you try creating ticket with them? If so, provide the ticket # so that we can verify you are not spamming. Also, the first and foremost way to get your issues resolved is through their site support and not KWWH. This thread is just for sales and not for support.

    spirink their speed is very respectable for such a RDP server. You want better speeds then upgrade. They have higher quality servers. AwsomeRDP has been around for a while because of their quality. I am very happy with this company. Remember, you get what you pay for.

    guys instead of complaining, help them find the abusers. its what im doing ! whenever server is very badly overloaded i create a ticket immediately for them to check the server and warn the abuser. they usually reply very fast and check the server quickly and warn the abuser. now the abusing on my rdp has decreased greatly and users seem to keep their usage in fair check to avoid getting any more warning ! i might get angry at times cause my server used to have very heavy users but they actually put up with my temper ^^

    The worst rdp I've been hired. If you want to encode, the applications have to open through a ticket, because you don't have enough rights for opening applications.

    Resuming, don't hire this rdp,is a piece of sh.............!!!!

    we have many encoding users who are encoding without any problem . If one particular application is not working doesn't mean none of them are working .
    And your case was resolved via ticket and we are giving you refund then why this drama here ? You think it'll make you hero ? or guiding star to others ?
    And keep your suggestion to yourself .
