change ur gmail accounts passes to 12 char passes (http://darkc0de.com/encryption/passgen.html) and for your forum also done save them on ur pc, right them down instead.
also htaccess ur admincp and ip deny ur the hackers ip if u have it.
thats all i can see.
also use the master password thing on firefox.
