    Default Do affiliates count premium downloads?

    Hey guys,

    I would like to know in the PPD charts that sites like wupload and fileserve have for 1000 downloads, do they count premium downloads of files? So 40$ / 1000 downloads do they count premium member downloads ?

    I believe Filesonic counts 1 premium account or IP per 24 hours for one download.
