check your styles icon folder/files permission.
maybe its not readable to the group or others
chmod files to 644 and folder to 755

I have made sure of this and unfortunately it is not fixed.

I think its because my theme is 4.1.4 (something like that) and I'm on 4.1.7. But would that cause this?
