Make category and attach all related post under it. If you want that images next to posts, edit posts and set up "featured image" to each one ( not every theme supports it).

Here's how it'd look like on wordpress:

(put <--more--> tag at begining of post content to display only image and post title)

Like i said - this is Hierarchy category tree.
First you make category "tv-shows", then under it you create sub-categories like "2 broke girls" "house" "dexter" etc. Then make posts "house s8e1" under "house" category. Everything else is just a matter of template you choose - not everyone supports displaying category descriptions and images like that.
