few months ago. i submitted 15000 links and indexing more than 8000. bt not its only 2000, sibmitted url 26000, can anyone help me??

First of all make this a little clear like this:

Few months ago,I submitted 15000 links to google.It indexed more than 8000 of my links. But now the indexed links appears to be 2000 and I have already submitted 26000 urls.Can anyone please help me in this issue ??
