help with wordpress error

iam using thme lightword and want to change the sidebar widh to fit ads banner 300 than i changed the wider.css and than stylesheet.css whene i update the seconde it show me like that

The requested theme does not exist.

and i can't log to my theme editor anymore someone help plz god bless you.

and give how to make the side bar wider more plz help i searched on google but the tutorial i have is making this error

Your sidebar is looking fine at the moment, did you do anything? if not, try to clear the cache and then reload the page.

can i add ads on the header mean at the right side

and plz can i put this pic of the site on the header replacing the text(((Proaudiozone.info))) cauze i added it and it tell me crop the photo and i want it like this size and thnkx for all

finnaly can you give me some suggestion to make my site good and what's your comment about the site and where i can submit it for getting more traffic or can you tell me any link exchange here i have just usa user's but not much thnkx
