Websites not showing up after node change

So my host changed nodes and moved all my stuff over, got a new ip etc. except now I cannot access any of my sites, though I CAN access kloxo, ssh, sftp perfectly fine.

I went into kloxo and made a new dns template with my new IP address (same nameservers as I had before), then restarted apache and the dns server, and even rebooted the vps.

Still can't access any of the sites I have on there. On whatsmydns no A records show up at all, and only 1 or 2 NS records show for a few of the domains, and its been like that for days.

Anyone have ideas? I am sure I just forgot to do something.. Just can't think of what it could be.


EDIT - I think I may of found the reason, when I go to each of the domain home's while in kloxo, and into manage dns, they have the right NS, but the wrong IP wherever the IP is entered..

update the nameserver with new ip

yeah I did initially. I updated the IP for the nameserver that I had, but it didnt update the individual domains.

OK scratch that, just had to do update all, and they all changed to my new IP. Still nothing showing up though.

wait till dns propogates. it will take from 1hr to 48hrs

restart the sever becoz in kloxo we have to restart inorder to display site properly . you are having permission problem though for this server http://176.56.227.111/

yeah that's what I figured too I just hate waiting around when I have 10 sites waiting to come back online

3 days later, nothing has changed dns hasn't propogated

anyone have any ideas?


maybe make a completely new nameserver and point the domains to the new one?
the ns on my old server was ns1/2.keygen.bz and thats what the new one is also, just with the new ip.

i really have no idea how to fix this now

Check the dns resolvers, Also have you talked to ur host about this ? it could very well be a issue on there end ovb
