On whatever forum your using on the postbit template (the posting template)
There should be a textbox in HTML it should be something like <textarea

You need to add your posting template in the value section..

<textarea class=post></textarea>

to:

<textarea class=post>Insert format here in html</textarea>

Its always different in forum skins so you have to figure it out your self its basic html
