Default Which sites allow transferring money from Paypal to Alertpay and are reliable also ?

Guys, i have some money in my paypal account and wanted to transfer it to my alertpay account. I don't want to use any bank account or something like that as i am an unverified user of paypal. So i just want to transfer money from paypal to alertpay and i am ready to pay the transaction fees too..
I have come across some sites like

    http://www.duggit.info/
    http://cashconvertnow.com/

They are saying that they can exhange the money from paypal to alertpay or from alertpay to paypal by taking some nominal fees. Has anyone tried these site's before and are the are reliable ??
If you have some other site through which i can transfer money from paypal to alertpay, then please share it with me too...

Well im still searching for somebody to exchange my alertpay money with , its annoying that the fact we don't even know each other, if it oonly was a secure wayy.. like having the posibility to Check if the other user is giving u the correct amount of money at same time, and Thenn give the OK,everythings would be much easier

I know i'm not gonna cheat, but you can't be sure about that ,thats normal ,damn xd
