I know these sites but i want to ask that do they acept payments from unverified alertpay or webmoney accounts or not. I have already tried these sites with unverified paypal but they keep asking for credit card number. The reason is that i have money in my hotfile account and i just want to make sure that they accept payments from unverified accounts before i transfer the money because i don't want my money to go in waste, if they couldn't accept the payment from unverified accounts..

Alertpay is more popular than webmoney. So, you can withdraw to alertpay.
You need to withdraw money to your alertpay in any case. The filehost won't pay you by Paypal if you don't withdraw.
