Help to add POPUP in PhpBB3

Hello All,

I need some help in popup integration in my PHPBB3 Forum. I want to add a popup window when a user tries to start new topic. LIke, when any user clicks on "New topic" the popup will appear with the message I add. Is it possible in PhpBB3 ? If yes, how ? Thanks.

Dont know why some ppl like you keep trying to increase their post count instead of helping others. If you cant help then just leave. Why are you making your comment without any reason ?

You can add a message box when clicking submit button when posting, i dont see the point of doing it though.
