So basically, Biohost started in 08 and I got the copyrights to all the images and design and such (caught a couple kids using it and a DMCA was easy enough to get it removed) but there is another site stealing our product images and they've done it for quite awhile, I did send a DMCA and the datacenter replied saying theres nothing they can do cause there in Germany.

What step next should I take?...Should I have my lawyer launch a formal complaint that if there not compliant we are willing to sue (I have sued a kid for slander and won 10k from it) and see how it goes from there? Or should I just get dirty and attack the site over and over till the host says they can't host them anymore?...I don't want to resort to that but three times today someone has asked if thats our company as well and if "we" stole the images from them even though it's pretty clear they ripped them from our site.

So what are your thoughts on what could be done?
