Cannot import anything

Hey guys,



I have been having trouble importing skins and image sets.. .

I was using IPB 3.1.4 it had the same problem.. i tried to import various skins..

So i even updated the board to 3.2.. Still the problem continues.. I tried importing xml and xml.gz files.. As i tried it with a lots of theme's.. im sure its not the file's problem..

So anyone got any idea??

This is the error i get..

"IP.Board Message
Import Failed: Nothing to import! "

I checked permissions here ACP > Support > Check file permissions.

Everything seems to be in green. so no permission problem right?

Im on a vps with PHP Version : 5.3.8 (apache2handler)

I have also tried from ftp... still the same thing...

[Lock Down]

Run the file permissions diagnostic in the support section of admin.

I have seen this happen when the temp folder for updates is not set to 755/777.
