Today i have receive email from Paypal and Shocked my paypal account got limited

they required to attach Credit Card with my paypal account but i don't have credit or Debit card

not next what can i do

please suggest me any simple option or any good VCC

so that i can verify my paypal

Is just contacted paypal..
In 2 days i ve got my paypal back..
So final answer is contact paypal..

My 3+ year old verified Paypal account got limited also. They asked to verify my bank account again, and that I add a credit or debit card. I complied with both requests and even added another bank account that they also verified that.

After I did all that, I must have sent at least 6 or 7 emails but never got a single reply from a human, just that stupid automated reply that they got my email. Up to now, I still haven't gotten any reply from them. Oh, they send me an email once in a while! One that says my account is still limited and "to remove the limitation, I should log on and complete the requirements in the checklist....", which I already did several months ago within 3 days of their limiting my account.

My account was limited more than 3 months ago and reason they gave was that there was "unusual activity" in my logs. I checked the logs and couldn't find anything "unusual" there. All the transactions were mine, and they were not large amounts either. They were just payments for stuff I bought online, the largest was around 30 USD and the total was around 70 USD.

I don't know why they're still keeping my account limited. All the money there was earned legitimately. There were no violations to their TOS that I could see, or any complaints or chargebacks against me. I couldn't even see the "unusual activity" that they claim they saw. I asked them about that several times too.

I have no idea what to do to get that account back. Since all my bank accounts are already registered with them, I can't use that to open a new account with them either. And I'm not about to open new bank accounts just so I can get a new Paypal account.
