How can hosts lower CPU load? Even if you have a dedicated hardware, raping it will lead to load.

I am raring 4 1gb files together. I have dedicated 2gb ram 4 gb burstable , still memory never goes above 550mb.

Rar/Unrar is a disk I/O and CPU intensive process. Memory has little to nothing to do with rar/unrar.

You could do like RapidSpeeds with their Semi-Dedicated servers.
Just give each user their own dedicated CPU,RAM,HDD and they won't complain.

if you do not want the cpu go high than i guess the only way is change to a good serve
