How do you make a WCDDL theme?

I want to make a DDL site and use WCDDL but dont like the current theme. I would like to make my own but dont know how. Any help on where I can find info on how to make one?

Create the design in Photoshop, slice the images and code it in to work with WCDDL.

I am new to this and would like to learn how. What software/language should I learn?

Get Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver for Programs.

While you should learn to code HTML/CSS for basic designs.

However I don't recommend dreamweaver except to starters. I personally use Notepad++ for all my endeavours in coding and skinning.

this is easy just find a good css layout that you like. after that compare the index.html of that css layout with wcddl index.php and replace the code.

Isn't that CyberJ37 design/conversion as I remember him releasing it and the logo say's WarezLobby

thats was for wcddl 1 maybe he coded it to wcddl2 o.o
